Park County officials have released the name of a Wilsall man who died in a single-vehicle crash over the weekend.
Patrick W. Simmons, 54, died Sunday in a crash on U.S. Highway 89 near Wilsall, Coroner Al Jenkins said.
Simmons was traveling northbound when his pickup drifted off the right side of the road, according to the Montana Highway Patrol. He overcorrected and lost control of the pickup, which rolled and struck a railroad embankment.
Simmons was ejected through a sunroof. He died at the scene.
