Missoula workers are holding a 24-hour vigil in support of the Employee Free Choice Act. Those at the rally want to draw attention to the dire need to restore workers' freedom to form unions and rebuild the middle class.
Rally participants also said it's getting more difficult to get union recognition. Participants add higher paying jobs will help those returning from the war.
"I am particularly concerned about returning veterans who are coming back from Afghanistan and Iraq and whether they serve some other place, it's more and more difficult to find a job and especially more difficult to find jobs that pay," said Central Labor Council Representative, Mick Harsell.
Rally participants say they want people to call on Congress to pass the Employee Free Choice Act.
