A Missoula man was injured in a one vehicle accident on Thursday afternoon on I-90 near Laurel.
The crash happened around 3:30 and the Montana Highway Patrol says the 49-year old man was eastbound near the West Laurel exit when his car went off the left side of the road.
The man overcorrected to the right, crossing two lanes of traffic and then went off the right side of the road. The car then struck a highway sign, knocking it down, before stopping at the bottom of a small hill.
The man suffered just minor injuries, but was taken to the hospital. MHP says alcohol was a factor in the crash.
