There's been another fatal accident in the Magic City, the third fatality in the Billings area within the past week.
The deadly accident happened when two vehicles collided at the intersection of Fifth Street West and Broadwater at around 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
Billings Police say the victim, a 76-year old man from Baker Montana, was heading south on Fifth in a 1991 Geo Metro when witnesses say he drove thru a red light.
A 2000 Ford explorer driven by a 37-year old woman from Roberts was westbound on Broadwater and then hit the Geo on the driver's side door.
The man was transported to St. Vincent Healthcare where he was pronounced dead on arrival. The woman in the Ford was not injured.
The Billings Police Department is still investigating the accident.

UPDATE: The identities of two men killed in separate accidents in Shepherd and Billings have been revealed.
Yellowstone County Deputy Coroner Chad Fehr said Garrett Mulder, 19, of Billings was killed due to massive head and upper torso injuries. Deputy Fehr described what happened to Mulder's body as a "violent impact," when he was ejected from his car.
Montana Highway Patrol Trooper Darvin Mees confirmed the passenger of the car as 18-year-old Tillie Hoefer of Shepherd. Trooper Mees said as of this morning, Hoefer was in serious condition. Huntley Project school officials confirmed Hoefer is a recent graduate of Huntley Project High School.
Deputy Fehr also released the identity of a motorcyclist killed in a Billings Heights accident, as 31-year-old Jedediah Warnock of Billings. Fehr said he died of "massive head injuries."

An accident in the Billings Heights left a motorcyclist dead.
Police were were called to Hilltop and Main for a motorcycle versus vehicle accident at around 5:30 p.m. on June 4th. Emergency responders on the scene reported the motorcyclist was killed in the crash.
Authorities say the male motorcyclist was heading north on Main Street when the accident occurred and traffic in the area was slowed for over an hour.

A 19-year-old man is dead after his car collided head-on with a truck hauling a horse trailer on Twelve Mile Road near Shepherd on June 4th.
The crash occurred at around 2 p.m. when a white Mitsubishi sports car collided with a one-ton truck hauling a horse trailer with two bulls inside on Twelve Mile Road about a quarter of a mile south of Scandia Road, located northeast of Billings.
Investigators say the Mitsubishi was northbound on Twelve Mile Road when it crested a hill at a high rate of speed. The driver then reportedly lost control, crossed the center line and collided head-on with the one-ton truck.
The 19-year-old driver was ejected and died at the scene. A passenger in the car, an 18-year-old female, was flown by Help Flight to Billings.
The driver and a passenger in the truck were not injured.
Traffic is tied up and authorities are advising motorists to avoid traveling in the area.
