HELENA, Mont. (AP) - Authorities say a 51-year-old man was killed when he crashed his all-terrain vehicle on Montana 200 in Lincoln.
Lewis and Clark County Coroner Mickey Nelson says Raymond Board of Lincoln was trying to turn when he lost control of the ATV at about 1:30 a.m. Wednesday.
The Montana Highway Patrol says the vehicle rolled one and a half times and landed on top of Board who died at the scene of internal chest injuries.
Trooper Jeramy Rice says speed probably played a role in the crash, and it is not yet known if alcohol was involved.
Board was not wearing a helmet.
