Butte Silver Bow police have made an arrest in yesterday's robbery at the Lisac's Tri-Stop on Harrison Avenue.
Lieutenant Ed Lester says a 15-year old male is in custody at the Ryo Juvenile Detention Facility in Deer Lodge. Police reportedly received calls from citizens just after KXLF's broadcast the description given by the clerks at Lisac's, and the teen was arrested around 7:30 last night.
Police say undisclosed evidence was recovered which links him to the incident, which happened at 3:30 on the morning of the 2nd, when a young-looking male pointed a long hunting knife at a clerk and demanded money be put into a backpack. The clerk obliged and the suspect fled, sparking the investigation leading to last night's events.
Charges have not been officially filed against the 15-year old at this time.
