A 29-year-old man was sentenced in Powell County Court this week to probation for selling drugs.

Jacob Bauer of Lakeside received a three-year deferred sentence from District Judge Loren Tucker, according to the county attorney's office.

Bauer is one of four people allegedly involved in selling a one-pound bag of marijuana to an undercover police officer at Trixies Saloon in Ovando on September 24, 2008.

He was also ordered to pay a $1,500 fine.

Stephanie Wild will be the last to be sentenced. Her sentencing is set for this Friday.
