A man is in jail for beating another man with a baseball bat. Eric Stephenson, 20, is being charged with felony assault with a weapon.
Prosecutors say Stevenson attacked a man at a party at a campground in Gold Creek. They say the victim was hit once on the left side of his face and again on the back of his head.
The victim's parents ended up taking him to the hospital, once his friends brought him home.
