Missoula Rural Fire District crews were called out to battle a structure fire at Roseburg Forest Products in the Garden City on Wednesday evening.

MRFD Deputy Chief Brent Christopherson says dispatchers received a call that the baghouse at the complex was heavily involved in flames just before 9:00 p.m.

Missoula City, Frenchtown, the East Missoula Fire Department and Missoula Emergency Services went to the scene at 3300 Raser Drive.

The fire was knocked down around 2:00 Thursday morning, but firefighters continue to mop up the scene this morning.

Firefighters used a thermal imager throughout the incident identifying hot spots that required a good deal of overhaul and investigation into what sparked the blaze is underway.
