Over 400 Ravalli County residents lined up for cholesterol screening at Marcus Daly Hospital in Hamilton on Saturday.
Normally the screening would usually cost around $125, but on Saturday it was free. People braved the cold and started lining up around a little before seven for the sixth annual event.
In two hours, over 400 people had their blood drawn and now the lab technicians get to work screening the blood. Hospital officials say the results will be mailed to the people by next Wednesday.
The hospital is also going to hold an informational seminar to go over results later this month.
