A man has been arrested after a German Shepherd was found beat to death in Ronan on October 4th.
The Ronan Police Department says a post mortem examination showed multiple skull fractures and other serious injuries that resulted in the animal having to be euthanized.
Kristopher M. Lawson, 20, of Polson was arrested on the warrant by Lake County Deputies on Thursday morning at his parent's house near Polson, and was formally charged with Aggravated Cruelty to Animals, which is a felony.
