Two Montanans have been given the distinction of outstanding agriculture leader.
Belgrade's John Youngberg and John Swanz of Judith Gap given the statewide annual award.
The honor goes to individuals or couples who are well respected in the agriculture community with accomplishments that impact many.
Youngberg says it is an honor to be given this title.
"I found out a couple of weeks ago, I got a call from the Montana State University saying that I had won the award, and that I would be honored at the football game on the ag appreciation day. I was humbled, I think that there's a lot of people that do a lot more than I do. I try to do what I can for the university but there's a lot of people included in this process," Youngberg said.
Both will be honored Saturday, Nov. 14 at halftime of the MSU Bobcat home football game.
