A Butte man has admitted to taking part in the break-in at a Butte convenience store.

Jonathan Weinberger, 19, appeared before District Judge Brad Newman Thursday morning and pleaded guilty to burglary by accountability.

According to court papers, Weinberger and Jason Dwight Evans, 26, broke into the RD's Party Shop on West Park Street on September 21.

The crime was caught on the store's surveillance video, which showed the two men taking off with beer and cartons of cigarettes.

Following his guilty plea the judge ordered a pre sentence investigation. Weinberger was released with conditions pending sentencing.
