A Missoula church group is putting the "giving" into Thanksgiving this year by donating frozen turkeys to families in need.
The Midtown Church Youth Group raised money for the project and have put together at least 45 turkey dinners, complete with stuffing, green beans, corn and cranberry sauce.
They're still getting more turkey donations daily and Children's Pastor Jordan Boggs says it's a feel-good project on both ends of the exchange.
"We just want the families to have a great Thanksgiving, and we also want to see the children be able to give out...it's an experience that changes their life to have them personally see the giving that they've had have an impact on other people."
The youth group will hand out the ingredients for turkey dinner on Saturday afternoon at the Missoula 3:16 Thrift Boutique on the corner of Orange and Front streets from Noon until 2:00.
They are encouraging all families in need to stop by.
