Before diving into their Thanksgiving feast a group of fitness gurus worked up a sweat all for a good cause in Billings on Thursday.
In an effort to raise money for the Montana Hope Project, the 16th annual Jazzercise Thanksgiving benefit class filled up the Knights of Columbus building on Thursday morning.
Highlights of fundraiser included team-teaching by all Billings Jazzercise instructors, door prizes, and a solid workout. The annual event started out as a food drive, but since then it has expanded to help bigger charities.
"We did the food drive for many years and since it got so big we did toys for tots a couple years and then its gotten so big we just moved into different things that we felt were good, worthy causes. So, each year we change it up" explained Jazzersize Instructor Brenda Binstock.
Jazzercise is the world's largest dance fitness program with 450,000 students in 38 countries around the globe.
