Gallatin County to exceed 100,000 in population

Gallatin County is now one of the fastest growing counties in the state and according to the Montana Department of Commerce, by 2017, the population is expected to reach more than 100,000 people. That's an increase of 6,500 people in just 4 years.

BOZEMAN - HAVEN is hosting its second annual Mother's Day 5K on Sunday.

Proceeds go to HAVEN's services for victims of domestic violence. The race is a way to celebrate mothers and promote healthy relationships.

BOZEMAN - One man is dead after his motorcycle collided with a van on Norris Road Sunday afternoon, Madison County Sheriff Dave Schenk said.

Montana Highway Patrol says the victim was 50 years old and an employee of MSU. He reportedly moved from Indiana to Gallatin County 9 months ago.
