MT Planned Parenthood files suit against abortion bills

Planned Parenthood of Montana filed suit in District Court today over two recently enacted abortion bills. The first law requires children under the age of 16 to notify their parents before getting an abortion. This was passed by Montana voters during the 2012 election.

BILLINGS - Attorneys for Barry Beach met Wednesday's deadline to file a petition and ask for a rehearing with the Montana Supreme Court.
