HELENA, Mont. (AP) - The administrator of the Montana State Hospital at Warm Springs says a patient is missing.

Ed Amberg says the 30-year-old man was last seen at about 10:30 a.m. Wednesday near Highway 48. He says the man was at the state psychiatric hospital on a civil commitment from Missoula and is not likely to be dangerous to the public.

The man is described as 5 feet, 11 inches tall, 170 pounds with black hair and a black mustache. He was wearing a camouflage coat and pants and a black hat.

Anyone who sees him is asked to call Anaconda-Deer Lodge law enforcement at 406-563-5241 or the state hospital at 406-693-7000.
