17 children celebrate with new families

BILLINGS - In anticipation of National Adoption Day, 14 families finalized the adoptions of 17 children.
The families celebrated the 15th annual Billings Adoption Celebration at the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd.
District Judge Susan Watters helped the families finalize the legal portion of the adoptions.
National Adoption Day is actually on November 17, but is traditionally celebrated early in Billings.
