A closed Low pressure system will slowly migrate into the pacific NW and into the Northern Rockies late this week.
GFS forecast model is supporting the idea of high temperatures in the 60's which is 20° to 30° cooler than normal. The more exciting news is widespread rain is possible by Thursday and Friday.
