Accused North Dakota murderer to appear in Yellowstone County court

BILLINGS - A man accused of murdering another man in Williston, North Dakota is expected to appear in Yellowstone County Justice Court this week.

Jonathan Horvath, 46, was arrested in Billings Monday afternoon after fleeing North Dakota over the weekend.

Horvath is accused of killing Derrick Spiegel, 28, outside of a Williston strip club early Saturday morning.

Spiegel was married and a father of two young children.

His funeral will be held Thursday in Williston.
