Adams named Big Sky Conference co-player of the week

BOZEMAN - It was certainly a big win for the Montana State women this weekend. Not only did they win round one of the Cat-Griz rivalry, but also vault themselves into sole possession of first place in the Big Sky Conference.

On top of that, senior guard Latisha Adams has been named the co Big Sky Conference player of the week and also College Sports Madness Big Sky Conference player of the week. The Albuquerque, New Mexico native averaged over 14 points and 2 rebounds during the 2 game road swing where the Bobcats beat Southern Utah and Montana. This is the third straight week that Montana State knocked off a first place team and the second on the road. Adams shares the conference honor with Eastern Washington freshman Haley Hodgins.
