A man was arrested for aggravated DUI after passing out in the Gallatin County Detention Center.
He was reportedly there to pick up property from his brother, who was incarcerated at the time.
Jason Todd Royston, 41, was arrested Sunday by a Gallatin County Sheriff's deputy after staff at the detention center reported that Royston had passed out in their lobby.
According to court documents, Royston told law enforcement that he had driven his dad's truck from Gillette, Wyo. to Bozeman had been "drinking the whole way."
Royston was unable to perform field sobriety maneuvers and upon providing a breath sample of .254 BAC was cited for aggravated DUI.
He is currently being held on bond.
