MISSOULA - A man who is accused of robbing a Missoula pharmacy pleaded not guilty in Missoula District Court on Tuesday morning.
Prosecutors say Ryan Mitchell Rudh walked into Palmer's Drug on Dec. 29, handed the pharmacist a note saying he had a gun and that he wanted prescription drugs.
He got away with Fentanyl patches and nearly 700 Oxycodone pills. Rudh remains in jail.
