MILES CITY - A 10-year-old Anaconda girl is dead after a rollover crash in eastern Montana that happened Monday evening.

The girl was not wearing her seat belt and was ejected from the vehicle when the driver lost control of the Jimmy GMC and it rolled, according to the Montana Highway Patrol.

The driver, a 36-year-old Anaconda woman, was driving eastbound on Interstate 94 near Miles City when she drifted towards the median, over-corrected and rolled.

The driver was injured along with a second passenger, a 13-year-old Anaconda girl.

All three females were taken to the hospital, but the 10-year-old did not survive.
