The annual FFA Extravaganza is almost two weeks away. The event is one of Montana FFA's biggest fundraisers of the year.
This year's event will be held in Great Falls on Saturday, September 28th, at the Heritage Inn.
The fundraiser is open to the public and will feature the Dueling Pianos along with auctions and dinner.
Last year, the event hosted over 350 people and raised over $19,000.
State FFA officers stress the importance of the event to continue FFA and youth agricultural involvement across the state.
Gwynn Simeniuk, Montana FFA State Vice President, said, "Membership has been growing and just being able to articulate that to our sponsors so that they keep supporting our organization and knowing that these funds are going to be going into our students membership and allowing us as state officers to interact with those members and develop those strong relationships - so it's a really important event for the entire year, it really just overflows."
