BILLINGS - A Billings Animal Control Officer has resigned as he faces several drug charges.
Police arrested Chase Blaylock April 29 after reports that he drove a city-owned vehicle through town waving a gun.
Police detained him and found marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. Blaylock was put on administrative leave while the Police Department conducted an internal investigation.
City Administrator Tina Volek tells MTN Blaylock resigned from his position last Friday.
Blaylock faces three misdemeanor drug charges including driving under the influence, possession, and possession of paraphernalia.
