BILLINGS- Billings police officers tracked down and arrested a man who attempted to rob three different Billings businesses in west Billings in a 15 minute span on Sunday.

According to Sergeant Scott Conrad, Eddie Everhart, of Hillsboro, Ohio, entered the Dairy Queen at 3220 Henesta Drive at 5 p.m. on Sunday and displayed a black handgun to the employee at the cash register who fled from the man through the back of the store.

Conrad says Everhart then left the store without any money.

Ten minutes later, police say Everhart walked in to Versa Tan at 3210 Henesta Drive and displayed the handgun and demanded money from an employee.

The police say the employee complied with Everhart's demands and he left the store with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Five minutes later, police say Everhart entered and robbed Pie Guys Pizzeria located at 3189 King Avenue West and also made away with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Conrad says following the robbery at Pizzeria, officers in the area located Everhart running in the 3100 block of Henesta Drive.

Everhart was apprehended by three officers without incident.

Conrad says the cash taken from the businesses and the handgun used in the robberies were recovered from the suspect.
