MISSOULA - Grizzlies and Bobcats fans are likely making all kinds of bets in anticipation of the annual Brawl of the Wild this weekend.

But if you are looking for a simple and legal way to put your pride on the line, a Flathead Valley man started the Brawl of the Wild Facebook page where fans can agree that if their team loses this weekend, for the next week, the other team's logo will be their Facebook profile picture.

Scott Countryman, a Whitefish resident and Montana State alumni, says he got tired of having to pay off bets to friends, so he started the Brawl of the Wild Facebook page.

"If your team loses, you put the other teams logo up on your facebook page as your profile pic," he said.

Countryman's friendly wager saw his Bobcats lose last year's matchup.

"Extremely painful. I mean, I'd just as soon take a guy out to lunch, and lose some money then have to look at that logo for a week," he said.

But Countryman says, despite the personal discomfort, he found it was a pretty humorous way to put a little more on the line, for Montana's largest sporting event.

"It's easy, anybody can do it, you just go onto the page, like the page, and by doing that you are basically saying you'd be willing to put the other teams logo up, and boy, as soon as you do, all your friends know it, and they start commenting on your home page."
