The State High School Rodeo has made it into town, and local business are excited to see this boost in the economy.
Several businesses have seen a benefit from this statewide event, including the Bozeman Hotel, which has seen an increase in its occupancy, along with Santa Fe Reds, which was packed last night as visitors came to town.
"That was one of those 40-percent increases, you know," said Bruce Traucht, general manager of Santa Fe Reds. "People are going to be heading into town and going shopping, so whether they're going to go out and have a bite to eat or go out and have a drink I think we will see the dollars over and over and over."
The competition continues through Sunday.
