BOZEMAN - A camp counselor is accused of having sexual intercourse without consent with a girl who was an intern at the camp.

Taylor Shull, 22, of Bozeman is charged with sexual intercourse without consent. He was seen in Gallatin County Justice Court today and bail was set at $50,000.

Crime Stoppers received a tip on Oct. 12 about a possible inappropriate relationship between a 22-year-old camp counselor and a 14-year-old girl.

A Gallatin County sheriff's deputy spoke with the girl, who had just recently turned 15.

The girl said she snuck out of her house and met Shull who had driven to her neighborhood. According to court documents, Shull began kissing the girl then he began "going father than her comfort level." She said Shull continued before finally taking her home.

Shull admitted that he picked up the girl and that he had sexual contact with her, but did not have sex with her because of her age.
