Butte Silver Bow Health Department warns shoppers of cold/flu germs

The Butte Silver Bow Health Department wants to remind shoppers to keep your hands away from your face and wash them as much as possible.
The department says you're more prone to contracting the cold or flu while out shopping this holiday season.
Several people that may be sick can touch things like door handles.
You can become sick just by contracting cold and flu germs from one person.
The health department says the best way to protect yourself is by washing your hands frequently, not touching your face.
They also say it is not too late for a flu vaccination.
