An important club for youth is trying to improve operations for future growth.
On Thursday Boys and Girls Clubs from around the state met in Anaconda for a conference.
The Deer Lodge County Boys and Girls Club board members attended the event and are using it as an opportunity to build networking relationships.
That way the local Boys and Girls Club can adopt ideas from other clubs in the state.
Attendants learned how to teach staff about bullying and fundraising activities.
Five representatives from the National Office of the Boys and Girls Club were present at the meeting.
