MISSOULA - A former Missoula detention officer who is accused of filming women in a water park dressing room is scheduled to go to trial next month.
Michael Gauci appeared in Missoula District Court on Thursday morning, and attorneys said the case is on track for the trial.
Prosecutors say Gauci filmed three women in the Splash Montana dressing room in August by hanging a video camera over the dressing room wall.
He's facing a burglary and a tampering with evidence charge for that alleged incident. Gauci's trial is set for Feb. 5.
