A former correctional facility nurse accused of having sex with inmates has a new lawyer and is getting a new trial date.
Tisha Brunell, 45 of Anaconda, was in Deer Lodge County District Court on Wednesday with a new defense attorney, Victor Bunitsky, and she is expected to get a new trial date sometime in March.
Brunell is charged with four counts of felony sexual intercourse without consent, six counts of felony transfer of illegal articles, and 43 counts of misdemeanor unauthorized communications.
She is accused of having sexual contact with inmates working as a nurse for Community, Counseling and Correctional Services.
Judge Ray Dayton ordered Brunell back to jail after the hearing.
