MISSOULA - A University of Montana basketball player was arrested Sunday night for what is sometimes called a "baby DUI."
Sophomore guard Kevin Henderson was pulled over by a University of Montana officer just before 10:30 P.M. near the intersection of Van Buren and 6th Street. Court documents say his blood alcohol content was above .02.
A person can be charged with a "baby DUI" if they're under the age of 21 and have a BAC that's higher than .02.
Henderson has yet to appear in court on this charge.
