After a district court judge ordered the reopening of wolf hunting and trapping seasons in 2 districts north of Yellowstone National Park, Citizens for balanced use sued Montana Fish Wildlife and Parks. C.B.U. sued F.W.P saying that the state did not give proper public notice.

A hearing has been scheduled for Monday. MTN's Adam Bell is on his way to Livingston this morning, and will have the complete story as the day progresses.
