HELENA - Levi James Roope, 28 years old, pleaded not guilty on Thursday to 10 charges he's facing for an alleged hit and run last month.
Roope was arrested after he reportedly hit two vehicles while driving through the parking lot at Jade Garden.
Roope was found in an apartment a few blocks away.
He was taken to St. Peter's Hospital to obtain blood alcohol levels.
It was at that time he reportedly broke two vials of blood, destroying the alleged evidence for a fourth DUI.
Roope was also charged with assault with bodily fluid, driving while suspended, reckless driving, hit and run, obstructing a peace officer, resisting arrest, open container, and failing to notify law enforcement of an accident.
Roope's bond was reduced by Judge Reynolds from $50,000 to $25,000.
His jury trial has been scheduled for October 22nd.
