Garrett Glenn Ainsworth of Helena has been charged in connection with a rollover that happened early Monday.
Helena Police Chief Troy McGee says that just before 2 a.m. a vehicle traveling west on Euclid Avenue near Kessler School was unable to make it around the curve.
The car slid sideways, hitting the median and rolling several times.
The passenger and driver both ran away from the vehicle, but both were later located and taken to St. Peter's Hospital for unknown injuries.
The driver was later identified as Ainsworth, 34 years old.
Ainsworth is being charged with fourth offense DUI, negligent vehicular assault for injuring the passenger, reckless driving, no insurance, driving with a suspended license, failure to remain at the scene of an accident, and failure to notify law enforcement of a accident.
