HELENA - Adrian Baptiste Trotchie, the man accused of stealing women's underwear and digital cameras from Carroll College, plead not guilty on Thursday.
Trotchie, 20, appeared in District Court, and plead not guilty to two counts of burglary and two counts of theft.
According to court documents, he stole three digital cameras and 38 pairs of women's underwear, spandex, and bras from the Carroll College P.E. Center.
In an interview with police, Trotchie admitted to potentially being at the P.E. Center, but he was unsure because he was drunk and blacked out.
If convicted, he faces 40 years in prison and a fine of up to $100,000.
