MISSOULA - Jury selection for the trial of a suspended University of Montana quarterback accused of rape will be held at a Missoula hotel because the courtrooms can't accommodate the 400 jurors.
Jordan Johnson appeared in court Tuesday morning as the attorneys continued to iron out the final details before next month's trial. Those details include the jury selection and preparing witnesses who will testify in the trial.
Johnson is accused of raping a woman nearly a year ago while the two were watching a movie at her house, but Johnson says the sex was consensual.
His trial will begin on Feb. 8.
