KALISPELL - A Kalispell man accused of shooting his wife several times earlier this week, has been charged with attempted deliberate homicide.
39-year-old Steven Foley reportedly called his first wife Monday night, and confessed to her that he had shot his current wife, Jodi Stimson-Foley, three times with a .22 caliber firearm.
She was transported to Kalispell Regional Medical Center, where she underwent emergency surgery-which was successful.
Foley could face up to 100 years in prison, and his bail is currently set at $150,000.
He is scheduled to appear in court again next month.
