KALISPELL - Jordan Graham is accused of pushing her husband off of a cliff, just about a week after the wedding.
But despite being locked behind bars since Monday, she's now at her parent's home in Kalispell. A short time after accused Graham, 22, was released from jail in Missoula, she returned to the Flathead.
She has been placed in her parents custody in the Wilson Heights area. While we waited for Graham, it appears her step-father came home to cover up the windows in the garage.
A sedan showed up about 45 minutes later, and it looks like Graham could have been lying down in the back seat as the car went straight into the garage.
Two federal probation officers showed up at Graham's parents home a short time later, staying about 15 minutes before leaving.
Neighbors in the area didn't want to speak to us, but one neighbor and family friend did say she feels bad for both families.
Graham is accused of second degree murder for the death of her husband Cody Johnson, but US Magistrate Judge Jeremiah Lynch released her from jail on Thursday, and placed her under house arrest.
He says prosecutors failed to establish enough reason to further detain Graham without a formal charge against her.
