MISSOULA - A Lolo man will spend three days in jail after he pleaded guilty to threatening to open fire at his cousin's school in Gillette, Wyo., shortly after the Connecticut elementary school massacre.

In December, 19-year-old Erik Wengren pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge in Justice Court.

The Missoula County Sheriff's says he made the threats during Facebook and email conversations with his cousin and several others.

Investigators found out and charged Wengren, who said in court that he meant it only as a joke.

Wengren also has to pay a fine.
