BOZEMAN - The artwork of a local 5th grader could be seen by billions of people.
At an assembly today at Longfellow Elementary, representatives from Google congratulated Ruby Schroeder for her submission in the Doodle 4 Google contest.
She's one of 50 finalists chosen from 130,000 entries from across the country. There's a finalist from each state.
If she wins, Ruby's doodle will be on the Google home page for a full day.She'll also win a $30,000 college scholarship and Longfellow will receive a $50,000 technology grant.
