BOZEMAN - A man was arrested after reportedly going into a neighbor's house, refusing to leave then drinking coffee straight from the coffee pot.

Michael Dagenhart, 37, is charged with criminal trespass onto property.

A woman called police Monday evening to report that her neighbor was on her porch being belligerent and would not leave.

The man was gone when a Gallatin County Sheriff's deputy arrived, but the woman who lived at the trailer said that her neighbor came into her home, was "kissing on the children," flipped off her roommate then went over and started drinking out of the coffee pot, court papers state.

She said Dagenhart eventually left, but then went out onto the porch and was peering through the window making faces at her and her roommates.

The deputy found Dagenhart nearby. He said he went to the trailer to clean out the trash because it was filthy and admitted to drinking out of the coffee pot, court papers state. He also reportedly admitted to not being allowed in the trailer.

Dagenhart was arrested for trespass.
