BOZEMAN - A man wanted in Wyoming on a warrant for kidnapping an adult to sexually assault was taken into custody in Bozeman on Monday afternoon.

Justin John Sadler, 27, was also wanted on a federal warrant for a probation violation, according to a press release from the U.S. Marshals Service.

The U.S. Marshals Service's Montana Violent Offender Task Force received information that Sadler was at a residence on Donna Avenue in Bozeman. He was arrested there without incident by U.S. marshals and Bozeman police on Monday afternoon.

Sadler appeared before the U.S. magistrate judge in Great Falls Tuesday morning and is awaiting extradition back to Wyoming.

The owner of the home shown in the attached video contacted MTN and told us she had nothing to do with the man arrested and that she didn't even know he was staying at the home.
