BUTTE - A man accused of selling more than 100 grams of heroin to a Belgrade woman is sentenced in federal court in Butte.
30-year-old Blair Clymer, of Belgrade, is the woman arrested in February for possession of heroin with intent to distribute.
Now, the Michigan man allegedly responsible for supplying her with all that heroin is going to prison.
On Friday, 29-year-old Joshua Murphy was sentenced to 120 months in prison with eight years supervised release in connection with his guilty plea to conspiracy to distribute more than 100 grams.
The FBI and the Missouri River Drug Task Force were conducting the investigation along with officers from the Drug Enforcement Administration in Michigan and the U.S. Postal Inspection Service.
Officers had been tracking exchanges between Clymer and Murphy for several months. Murphy was arrested in May.
