MISSOULA - A Missoula man is arrested yet again for burglary, this time on Thanksgiving night.
Missoula Police detectives say a homeowner heard an alarm go off in his shop, next to his home on South Fifth Street West, on Thursday around 10 p.m. When the man went out to his shop with a baseball bat, the suspect tried spraying him with pepper spray.
Officers arrested Josh Swigert for aggravated burglary, which is a felony.
Swigert appeared in Justice Court this afternoon.
Back in October, he was arrested for breaking into cars and stealing a truck in the North Reserve Street area.
Swigert was recently released on bail for the October incidents.
His preliminary hearing is tentatively set for Dec. 7.
