MISSOULA - A man is in jail Monday night after he led police on a high speed pursuit through Missoula, striking another driver and sending him to the hospital.
41-year-old Michael James Fullam appeared in Justice Court Monday charged with felony DUI and felony criminal endangerment charge.
According to court documents, Fullman led authorities through town at speeds of up to 70 miles per hour early Saturday morning.
Fullman struck a 20-year-old driver in the intersection of 14th Street and Eaton, sending him to the hospital with minor injuries.
This is the not the first record of such behavior from Fullman.
He sent himself and several other people to the hospital in 2010 during a similar incident on Marshall Canyon Road.
He's in jail on $50,000 bail.
